Learner stories
How we measure outcomes
- Completion is counted when a learner finishes every module and passes the capstone review.
- Skill gains are measured with SFIA-aligned assessments taken at the start and end of a track.
- Career outcomes are self-reported by learners in a follow-up survey six months after completion.
